I spent the majority of my life searching for connection in others.

2 years ago my life imploded. I had to give up on the false reality I was living and realize that I had been clinging to unrealized dreams.

I moved, got divorced, and then started tackling the actual problem. ME.

I had limiting beliefs. I was controlled by fear. I wanted protection but couldn't even protect myself.

So, I got to work. I started meditating 45 minutes a day. I became a certified meditation coach. I met people who gave me permission to explore part of myself that I didn't believe the world had space for.
